Color Awareness Days
Residents, staff, and families show your support with our color awareness days! Monday, November 4th, we wear Flannel/Plaid for the fall season; Monday, November 11th we wear red, white, and blue to honor our Veterans; Monday, November 18th we wear blue for Diabetes awareness; and Monday, November 25th, we wear our favorite sports jerseys!
Thanksgiving
We are so grateful to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 28th, by coming together for a beautiful Thanksgiving luncheon. Upstairs residents will gather in the 2 north dining room, and downstairs residents will gather in the main dining room at 11:30 am. The tables will be set with beautiful linens and autumn flower arrangements. We will enjoy a wholesome meal with music, entertainment, and meaningful conversations.
Veterans Day
We are excited to honor our Veterans on Monday, November 11th, with a special luncheon at 11:30 am in the 2 South Dining Room. Hampton Pipes & Drums will perform military cadence music, and we will close out the day with an award ceremony for our resident and staff Veterans. We are also excited to honor the families of our Veterans with a beautifully packaged holiday pie for them to enjoy with their loved ones. A decorated table with pies will be available in our lobby for the loved ones to come and pick up. God bless America and all those who have served in our military to protect our freedom and lives!
