Evonne Wallace, RN

Director of Recruitment and Retention

Evonne served on many levels of nursing over the past 25 years. For the past two years, Evonne serves as a Certified Nursing Assistant while pursuing an LPN licensure. She found one of her most valued lessons learned from her education was the opportunity to listen and learn from the life experiences of her patients. As one who was very young to join the role, Evonne found it to be a wonderful blessing to work alongside and serve her patients. Shortly thereafter, she served as a Charge Licensed Practical Nurse for eight years, which was a great learning experience as she was able to perform hands-on nursing at the bedside while also organizing the daily staff operations to ensure patient care and safety. It was during this time that Evonne lost her father. This event in her life fueled her passion for caring for others and created a daily goal of serving as a valued patient advocate. “My strength was ensuring that every patient has the right to choose and we should honor those choices with dignity and respect,” said Evonne. She then pursued an Registered Nursing degree and has continued to help others in her practice. “It is a true honor for me to love what I do!”
