Danielle Snyder, CTRS
Director of Therapeutic Recreation
Danielle earned her bachelor of science degree in the field of therapeutic recreation while studying at Ithaca College, where she also minored in art. Before beginning at St. James, she spent valued time at New York Presbyterian Hospital and the NYU Rusk Institute in Manhattan. Danielle has always had a passion for helping others. Helping improve the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive wellbeing of others brings her great pleasure. She enjoys facilitating and guiding programs that will be of the greatest benefit to patients and residents, maximizing their potential and bringing them the highest levels of results. Danielle's weekly taught watercolor painting class is one of her favorite joys at the community. Danielle is in her fifteenth year as part of the therapeutic recreation department. She is happily married and is the mother of two young daughters!
