Cristen was raised in a small town in upstate New York with big ambitions and an even bigger heart. Her passion for helping others began at a very young age where she spent much of her time volunteering and serving others. Cristen’s passion and drive lead her to much of where she is today. First, in earning her Bachelor of Science degree from prestigious, SUNY Binghamton and later, obtaining her Master’s Degree from Long Island University in a field where she could do what she loves; Social Work. Cristen’s other certifications include Advanced Studies in Health Care Gerontology, Licensed Master of Social Work, and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
She has been dedicated to serving the St. James community for more than 11 years from former Associate Administrator to now, Administrator. Aside from her immeasurable presence at St. James Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Cristen also makes a presence in her home life as a mother of three beautiful children and as a loving wife to her husband of more than 8 years. Cristen’s hard work, dedication, and passion are what keeps the St. James community superior to the rest!
