Celeste Diers, RD

Celeste comes to our community with a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta, and a master's degree in Professional Studies from the New School of Social Research. She has worked in healthcare for over thirty years and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her experiences include clients with special needs, psychiatric clients ranging from Pediatrics to Geriatrics, hospital experiences, long-term care, and physical medicine rehabilitation. In the last twenty years, Celeste’s area of expertise has been geriatrics. She has been at St. James Rehabilitation for fourteen years. The Nutrition Department prides itself on meeting each client and acquiring their preferences to make their stay pleasant on their road to recovery.
